Daddy signed Bo up for this first race which is Chesterfield Turkey Trot Thanksgiving morning. It was a 1K fun run. It was really cold that morning so Bo was a little nervous at first. He did a great job. We went over how you don't win this race and your goal is to just pace yourself and not stop/walk. He was very successful and happy to get a medal right at the finish line plus bananas & granola bars. He also proudly wore his red t-shirt for being in the race the rest of the day. Plus he wore it the first day back at school so he could show his friends.
