Bo's swim meet in Washington

Bo's first triathlon

Bo completed his first mini triathlon this morning at Warson Woods Swim club.

He swam 100 meters, biked 1.1 miles and ran .4 miles.

He finished in 18:36

He did great especially for his first time.

According to the online results he was the third best 7 year old.

Rope obstacle course

Bo did the rope obstacle course with no problems. It goes three stories up and he went straight to the top. He never was stuck once. He needs more of a challenge.
