Bo's 15 month check-up

My 15 month check-up was last week. The doctor was impressed with my vocabulary. She said since I had the tubes put in my ears, my talking has really taken off. I also haven't had an ear infection which is great.
I weighed in at 25.5 lbs which is in the 50 percentile.
My height was 34 inches which was in the 90 percentile. My head circumference was also in the 90 percentile.
I received 2 shots for immunizations so I was not a happy camper. The doc gave me a sucker which made my day and also made a mess. I love suckers. I don't think Mommy and Daddy figured out that if they want me to sit still for awhile just give me a sucker.

The 3.5 of us (I'm counting baby Woodster #2 as a half for now) went apple picking on Saturday in Millstadt Illinois at Eckert's farm. It was so much fun. I rode in an airplane ride, saw pigs race, fed some goats, watch a pumpkin cannon shoot pumpkins really far, and of course picked some apples. I couldn't believe there were so many "balls" on the ground. My Daddy said they were rotten and would only let me eat the ones out of the tree. I must have taken a bite out of 5 different apples. Mommy made me an apple crisp and an apple pie already. They are delicious.

Sex of Baby Woodster 2

Today was an exciting day! Mommy , daddy, and Bo went to Baby Woodster's ultra sound. Wow! Was it a thriller!! Way more drama than one could expect. The technician announced the sex of the baby. Daddy was shocked because he looked at the "secret" envelope from the ultra sound at 20 weeks, and the sex today didn't match from 20 weeks! So, there was great confusion in the room. Apparently the baby likes to keep its legs crossed, and be "shy". After a few other technicians took a look this is the result they are "thinking"....watch the video to see more! Now, as they told us today nothing is 100% til birth. So, don't make too many plans. Those legs can confuse many!

Baby Woodster is 30 weeks and Bo is 15 months

A couple of weeks ago Mommy took me to the mall and I was able to ride the train or "Cho-Cho" as I call it. It is my new favorite thing. I used to grab the remote at home and point to the TV saying ball. That was my way of telling Daddy that I wanted to watch any kind of sport. Now, I point at the TV and say Cho-Cho because I want to watch Dinosaur Train which has trains and dinosaurs, "Roaaaaar". How much better can that get.

While at the store, we also bought "baby" a new crib. That is one thing off the list. I know Mommy has quite a few more on there before the baby comes. Daddy needs to get a second job to finish the list.

Here is a picture of the banana plants that Daddy and I grew in the backyard. They really grew tall this year. They are easily over 6 feet tall. They also are multiplying so we will have twice as many to plant next year.

We have been going over to Will and Kinley's house more often to play lately. Here is a picture of Kinley taking me off-roading in her Jeep.

Lastly, here is a picture of me at my most peaceful time, passed out at night. Daddy says I was really snoring last night. I guess someone needs to show me how to blow my nose.

Also, this Friday Mommy and Daddy are going to the doctor for Baby Woodster #2's 30 week check-up. We have an ultra sound scheduled too so we can find out the sex of the baby. Mommy and Daddy are still deciding if they want to know or not. I'll keep you posted.
