Bo's first day of Jr kindergarten

Wednesday was Bo's first day of Jr. Kindergarten. He was very excited to go to his new school St. James.

He was such a big boy. He helped Mommy and Daddy do his school supply shopping. This is a picture in front of the building before we walked in with his dinosaur backpack. It was hard to get him to pose for a picture because he was in such a hurry.

They slapped a name tag on his back and he walked right in without any hesitation. Today was a half day so he knew he didn't have to have "rest" time. That was one of the first questions he asked the teacher.

I think it sealed the deal when they had legos laying out to play. He gave me a hug, said bye, and that was it. The teacher looked at me and said "he is fitting right in" because he never turned around again.

I'm sure we will have a special lunch today when Daddy picks him up from his half day. We are so proud of him in how he is turning into a big kid.
