He is also wearing Emily's socks. He loves wearing the girls big puffy socks for some reason.

Bo's first basketball game

Bo had his first basketball game yesterday at the Chesterfield YMCA.

He was very active in the game and took a lot of shots.

This shot went in so he was very excited.

Here is a video of Bo dribbling up and taking a shot.

Emily's Christmas videos

Bo and Emily love to watch YouTube of other people opening toys and describing them. So then in return they like to make their own videos. Emily has been taking all of her presents up to her room to open and describe them. Some of them are long but I thought I would post them on here as a keepsake to look back on. These are some the videos.

Building the pinewood derby car for Boy Scouts

The first Saturday of February Bo's BoyScout troup is having a Pinewood derby race. Everyone starts out with this block of wood and 4 wheels. The theme is video games so Bo picked to make his car like Pikachu.

We had to cut the wood into the shape of a car that was aerodynamic so it would run fast. Then Bo painted it.

Putting the wheels on was the hardest part but this is how everything turned out.

Since we are talking about building things, this was a picture of the kids putting together a organization shelf and guess who wanted to help out the whole time.

Emily started selling girl scout cookies this week too.

Christmas break

The kids had a 2 and half week Christmas break. It was a long break with a lot of activities but mostly inside because of the cold weather

As you can see someone likes to play with "choo-choos".

Cooper is a fan of Mickey. He also likes to stay with the big kids to watch movies.

He is getting big kid hair cuts now too.

He wanted to wear Emily gloves to go outside and play in the snow.

Snow is one thing that will get Bo to go outside and play besides just playing video games.

It is hard work keeping up with the big kids. Cooper actually fell asleep on the couch like this before lunch one morning.

Merry Christmas

We had the flu running through the house Christmas Eve and the rest of the week so it was a rough but we survived.

Here are a couple of pictures from Xmas Eve with the kids dressed up.

The two older kids were asking a lot of questions this year about Santa. Bo kept saying he was going to stay up all night so he could see if Santa really delivered the presents. This was a note that Emily left for Santa because she was worried if Santa say kids that he wouldn't leave presents.

"Dear Santa, Bo is looking at the security camera to see if you are real or not. Please read (turn over)

"From Emily W. Look if you see the serecurity camera blinking" (b/c then you know it is on and he is watching)

Santa decided to leave a picture on their Ipads to prove that he is real and delivered the packages. This is what they had.
